Head of training in the BTxLab: Della pioneered the application of behavioural therapy in the early days of the NHS IAPT programme. Having supervised over 300 behaviour therapists to deliver the BTx trials programme, Della oversees the training and quality assurance [TQA] programme across the BTxLab research portfolio.
